Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machines)
Our in-house wire erosion department includes machines from Sodick, such as the latest AG600L.
The Sodick machines include the latest Linear Motor Technology. The AG Series is where speed meets accuracy. The AG600L is a precision machining solution that is ideal for medium to large sized parts and die/molds that require close tolerances and fine surface finishes.
Spark Erosion EDM
Our investment into the latest spark erosion machines include Sodicks AG60L.

Heavy duty precision machining
Our range of machines perfectly match Hanley Precision Tools mould tool manufacturing requirements for 3D machining, complimented by Master Cam X.
The DMC V ecoline defines a global standard and is now available with a new technology package: DMG SLIMline® Panel with SIEMENS 840D solution line as well as powerful feed motors for high rapid traverses and a fast motor spindle. These enhancements make tool changing faster for greater productivity.
The proven 8,000 rpm motor spindle is well suited for drilling operations with small tools in combination with the coolant supply system. It is also capable of high cutting speeds for use with modern tools to produce optimal surface finishes.
